With the increasing demand for agility and quality, our main challenge was to create an innovative application capable of optimizing the team's time and providing a positive experience for the collaborators. The project stemmed from a pressing need within the company, arising from the challenges faced in the recruitment processes. With a monthly intake of 1400 individuals, the manual process was slow, cumbersome, and prone to errors, often resulting in data loss and non-compliance with data security regulations.
